Visually challenged people make up a sizable pop-ulation component, with estimates ranging from tens of millions to hundreds of millions worldwide. Integration into society is a major and ongoing goal for them.A significant deal of effor thas gone into ensuring that health care is available.system. To assist the sight impaired, many guidance system techniques have been created those who are unable to live a normal life. This research describes a correlation algorithm that uses cellular neural networks(CNN)to increase the features of helping systems and provide more details from the surroundings to visually impaired people. Way finding, navigation, and finding everyday requirement shave all been made easier with the use of camera-based technologies. The given work shard ware is a RaspberryPi2-B, and the object detection algorithms are implemented in MATLAB(for simulation purposes)and Python. It uses a variety of sensors to detect impediments and,with the help of GPS and a compass, guide them through their movements.
